Angel Island 12K & 25K™When: Saturday August 28, 2010 You'll fall in love with San Francisco all over again as you follow this hilly loop trail circumnavigating Angel Island. Along the way, savor the panoramic vistas of the Golden Gate Bridge, San Francisco, Alcatraz Island, the East Bay and Marin County. The 12K is a single loop. The 25K does the loop twice. |

Big Sur Trail Marathon, Half Marathon & 5 MileWhen: Saturday September 25, 2010 You'll climb the Old Coast Rd. in Big Sur. Along the route, you'll see some of the most amazing views that the California coastline has to offer. The course is a bit challenging with the hills, which makes it all the more exciting and rewarding. All the ingredients are here for a great weekend. Bring a picnic and enjoy the picnic grounds where the run starts and finishes. The event is limited to 300 participants and sells out every year so don't wait too long to register! |

Napa Wine Country Marathon, Half Marathon & 10KWhen: Saturday October 30, 2010 Babbling streams will be your soundtrack as you challenge yourself on the lush singletrack within Bothe-Napa Valley State Park. The course is a bit challenging with the hills, streams and rocks - which makes it all the more exciting and rewarding. This state park is a local treasure that is untapped by tourists and located just minutes from the area's great restaurants and wineries. Stinson Beach Marathon, 25K & 7 MileWhen: Saturday November 6, 2010 Waiting at the Stinson Beach start line will be the only time you spend at sea level during this trail run. From the word "Go" you'll be heading, up, up and away into the thick wooded trails of Muir Woods. You'll follow the legendary Dipsea trail to Steep Ravine, where you'll climb a wooden ladder, march up natural rock and wooden staircases and scramble under tree trunks. Along the way, enjoy the sounds of babbling brooks and waterfalls. Drink in the fresh smell of the towering redwoods and oaks that surround you. Your summit will be rewarded with panoramic vistas as you begin your descent back into Stinson Beach. The event is limited to 300 participants so don't wait too long to register! |

Woodside King's Mountain Half Marathon & 5 Mile™When: Saturday March 5, 2011 The scenic course may humble you, with its 1,880 feet of climbing and descending - but at the same time, the remarkable surroundings will energize you as you navigate the lush hiking trails of the Santa Cruz mountains. Along the course, you'll be shielded by redwood and oak forests and bordered by sprays of vibrant wildflowers. The climb will take you just shy of reaching Skyline Blvd. Who wants to be reminded of traffic anyway? At the turn-around aid station, you'll be able to fuel up for your descent back into Woodside. 5-milers turn around at an earlier point along the course. Golden Gate Headlands Marathon, Half Marathon & 7 Mile™When: Saturday April 2, 2011 As you view San Francisco tucked behind the rolling green hills of the Marin Headlands, you'll liken the image to Dorothy encountering the Emerald City. One thing's certain...the views this course offers are unlike any other. You'll start and finish at Rodeo Beach located at Fort Cronkite in the Golden Gate National Recreation Area (west of the Golden Gate Bridge in Marin County). Along this scenic trail run through the Marin Headlands, you'll soak in panoramic vistas of the Golden Gate Bridge, the San Francisco cityscape and the lush Pacific shoreline peppered with vibrant wildflowers. The course is a combination of single track hiking trails, fire roads, pavement and a beach crossing.
