SAT MARCH 3^rd WOODSIDE KING'S MOUNTAIN HALF MARATHON & 5 MILE™ 17^th annual *9 a.m. Huddart Park, Woodside* Simply put, the Santa Cruz Mountains offer up some of the best trail running on the planet. This is an ideal course: uphill on the way out, and glorious downhill on the way back.

SAT MARCH 10^th MARIN TRAILS 10K & 20K™ 18^th annual *9 a.m. China Camp SP, San Rafael* Keywords: Rolling hills. If you weren’t exactly religious about your winter workouts, this course event is forgiving enough that you can cross the finish line, smile intact.

SAT MARCH 17^th ROMANCING THE ISLAND 12K & 25K™ 18^th annual *9 a.m. Angel Island SP, Tiburon* Fall in love with San Francisco all over again as you follow this hilly, loop trail circumnavigating Angel Island. SAT APRIL 14th MUIR WOODS MARATHON, 25K & 7 Mile™ 19^th annual *9 a.m. Mt. Tam SP, Stinson Beach* Scramble up the lush singletrack trails up and over the edge of Mt. Tam. Gushing streams will be your soundtrack. Your summit will be rewarded with panoramic views of Stinson Beach.

SAT APRIL 21st SKYLINE RIDGE HALF MARATHON& 10K™ 17^th annual *9 a.m. Skyline Ridge OSP, Palo Alto* This is a great escape from the bustle of Silicon Valley. The views along the exposed ridge will take your breath away. And our timing wasn’t accidental – wait until you see the wildflowers!

SAT MAY 12^th MT. TAM WILD BOAR RIDGE 10K & 18K™ 21st anniversary *8 a.m. Mt. Tam SP, Mill Valley* The “Boar” is back! This run highlights Mt. Tam’s Coastal Trail, pristine singletrack along an exposed ridge with nonstop views of Stinson Beach and the Pacific below. We schedule this event when the wildflowers are at their peak!

SAT SEPTEMBER 29th BIG SUR TRAIL MARATHON HALF MARATHON & 5 MILE™ 18^th annual *9 a.m. Andrew Molera SP, Big Sur* Follow the Old Coast Road - the original coast "highway" linking Big Sur to Monterey. This dirt farm road winds through the coastal redwood groves and across scenic bluffs with ocean views. Marathoners turn around at the famed Bixby Bridge.

SAT OCTOBER 27th NAPA VALLEY WINE COUNTRY CLASSIC MARATHON, 1/2 MAR & 10K™ 17^th annual *9 a.m. Napa Valley SP, Calistoga* Enjoy the beautiful singletrack trails at our favorite Napa Valley park while the fall colors are at their best. Redwood, oak, madrone and bay forests line your route. And don't forget... after crossing the finish line, you'll find plenty of post-race R & R activities in Calistoga or nearby St. Helena, Yountville or Napa.

This course loops high up on the island, offering up panoramic views of the Marin Headlands, the Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz, the San Francisco skyline, the Bay Bridge and beyond!

SAT FEBRUARY 2nd, 2008 DEATH VALLEY TRAIL MARATHON & 30K™ Coming soon to envirosports.com 19^th annual *9 a.m. Death Valley Nat'l Park, CA* This is trail running at it's absolute best! Runners traverse a one-way dirt jeep road through the towering red rocks of Titus Canyon. Marathon climbs 2,300 feet in the first 12 miles, then descends 5,000 feet to the finish! If you're a trail runner, no doubt you've logged plenty of miles on tree-lined trails... but how about traversing a natural desert canyon?
