Course will be marked with orange ribbon.
Aid stations will be located at miles 4.5 (water only), 7.5 (food, water & sports drink) and 10.5 (water only).
Marathoners will see these aid stations twice. Marathoners will also have access to aid (food, water & sports drink) at the start/finish area before starting second loop.
There is a 6-hour course wide cutoff; for marathoners, this reflects a 13:45-per-mile pace.
Sorry, no dogs allowed on the trails.
What's in a distance?
And last, but not least, absolutely NO AUDIO devices allowed. You will be disqualified if found or reported wearing any audio device. We want to have a safe race. Read more about Headphone-Free Running.
