Angel Island 12K & 25K™
Race Day Itinerary
- 7:30–8:20 am: Athlete Check-In will be held at the ferry dock on Main Street in downtown Tiburon. Pre-registered
runners who have received their race bib in the mail do not need to check-in race day morning; you're ready to run!*
- 8:30 am: Ferry Departs
from the Tiburon dock. (This is a specially chartered ferry that will
get us to the island before regular park visitors; there are no ferries
departing from San Francisco that will get you to the island in time
for this event.)
- 9:00 am: Race Starts approximately at this time
- Post Race:
Runners are encouraged to hang out and enjoy the picnic area at Ayala
Cove with us after the run. It's a great spot to trade post-race "war
stories" from the trail and enjoy our spread of drinks and snacks.
- Return Ferries Depart for Tiburon at 20 past the hour, every hour.
- No formal awards ceremony on race day. Results will be posted to our website following the race and once they are finalized,
ribbons
will be processed and mailed to the top three finishers in each 5-year age group.
